When making a new booking, you can choose to pay using the credits in your wallet. It's a simple and hassle-free way to apply your available credits towards your booking cost.
Please Note:
Wallet credits cannot be applied to cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, or tips to professionals. However, they are a valuable way to offset the cost of your next service.
Refunds for Wallet Credits
In case you have accumulated wallet credits and wish to request a refund, we offer a straightforward process for that.
Referral Credits
Referral Credits are earned when you successfully refer a new customer to our platform, and they book a service using your referral link.
Please note that the referral credits are applicable only when your friends complete their booking, not just by creating an account.
Once you've earned referral discounts, they will automatically be applied to your next booking. When making a new booking, you'll see the referral discount deducted from the total amount, making it a seamless and rewarding experience.

To apply a Discount Voucher, simply enter the unique voucher code during the booking process, and the discount will be automatically applied to the eligible services.
No Cash Value:
We want to clarify that Promotional Vouchers do not hold any cash value and cannot be converted into a refund or any other monetary transaction outside of Right Hands.
