Your assigned professional will arrive equipped with the necessary basic tools to carry out the job effectively. Additionally, they will have essential supplies like nails, screws, and glues, ensuring they can handle most common tasks without delay.

Larger Materials and Replacement Parts:

For more extensive projects that require larger materials, such as drywall or fixtures for installations, or when replacement parts are necessary, we offer two options to meet your needs:

1. Customer Provided Materials: You have the choice to procure the required materials yourself. Before the service, discuss with your assigned Pro whether you will supply the materials or prefer them to be purchased on your behalf. This allows you to have control over the specific materials used and ensures you are comfortable with the quality and brand.

2. Right Hands Procured Materials: Alternatively, you can request that your Pro handles the purchase of materials for you. In this case, the cost of the materials will be added to your final Right Hands invoice, providing you with a convenient one-stop solution for both labor and materials.

Communicating Material Needs:

To ensure a seamless process, we encourage you to communicate any non-basic material requirements in advance. Feel free to take photos of the job area before the service begins to help clarify the necessary materials. We recommend getting in touch with our Right Hands team ahead of your booking to discuss and confirm the material needs, allowing us to prepare accordingly.

If you have any queries or specific material requirements before your booking, you can easily get in touch with our team. Here's how:

1. Open the Right Hands app and tap the "Bookings" icon at the bottom left corner.
2. Navigate to the desired appointment and tap "I have a question related to Booking?"
3. Click the pen icon in the top right corner to create a new ticket.
4. Attach relevant images, such as the brand of the parts you wish to replace, to provide detailed information.

Transportation Fees for Hard-to-Find Products:

Please be aware that there may be additional transportation fees if certain products are unavailable at nearby locations and need to be sourced from more distant suppliers. Rest assured, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience and keep you informed throughout the process.

Payment Arrangements for Right Hands Procured Materials:

If you choose to have Right Hands purchase the materials for your booking, we kindly request that you arrange for payment in advance to our professionals. This helps ensure a seamless service and allows us to provide you with the best possible experience.
