How I Rate my Pro & Provide Feedback?

At Right Hands, your feedback is essential to us, and we are committed to ensuring you receive the best service possible. Follow these steps to rate your service professional and provide feedback:

1. Complete Your Booking:
After your service is completed, you will receive a notification asking you to rate your pro.

2. Open the App:
Launch the Right Hands app on your device.

3. Navigate to Your Bookings:
Go to the "Bookings" section in the app. Locate the completed booking for which you want to provide feedback.

4. Rate Your Pro:
Click on the booking, and you will see an option to rate your pro using a star rating system (1 to 5 stars).

5. Provide Detailed Feedback:
Below the star rating, there is a section for detailed feedback. Here, you can write about your experience, highlight what you liked, and suggest areas for improvement.

6. Submit Your Feedback:
Once you have completed your rating and feedback, click "Submit" to send your response.
