1. Complete Your Booking:
After your service is completed, you will receive a notification asking you to rate your pro.
2. Open the App:
Launch the Right Hands app on your device.
3. Navigate to Your Bookings:
Go to the "Bookings" section in the app. Locate the completed booking for which you want to provide feedback.
4. Rate Your Pro:
Click on the booking, and you will see an option to rate your pro using a star rating system (1 to 5 stars).
5. Provide Detailed Feedback:
Below the star rating, there is a section for detailed feedback. Here, you can write about your experience, highlight what you liked, and suggest areas for improvement.
6. Submit Your Feedback:
Once you have completed your rating and feedback, click "Submit" to send your response.
