How to Change Your Favorite Pro

At Right Hands, we want you to have the flexibility to choose your favorite service professional for your appointments. Here's how you can change your favorite professional:

1. Access Your Favorite Pros: In the Right Hands app, navigate to the menu by tapping the three lines on the top left corner of your screen.

2. Choose "My Favorite Pros": From the menu options, select "My Favorite Pros."

3. Select Your Preferred Professional: You'll find a list of professionals on your team. If you already have a favorite pro, simply tap on their profile to select them as your favorite.

4. Suggested Favorites: If you haven't chosen a favorite pro yet, we'll suggest professionals who have performed services in your home. These are pros who have already provided excellent service to you.

Please note that you can only add professionals to your favorites if they have served you before. If a professional hasn't booked and served you, they cannot be added to your favorites.
