What Happens If I Cancel My Membership?

Upon canceling your membership, certain privileges and benefits will cease:

1. Renewal Deals and Perks: All renewal deals and perks associated with your membership will be stopped.

2. Cancellation Within 14 Days: If your cancellation request is made after 14 days of purchasing your membership, it cannot be canceled, nor will the fee be refunded. However, your auto-renewal will be stopped, and you will no longer be a member after the initial membership period.

3. Altered Preferential Rates: Any preferential rates offered under your membership will revert to the standard rates, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

4. Exclusion from Seasonal Deals: Access to preferential seasonal deals and promotions specifically designed for our members will no longer be available.

5. Voided Preferential Rates and Discounts: Any preferential rates and discounts previously applied to future bookings will be voided.

6. Priority Booking and Case Handling: Priority booking and special case handling benefits will be discontinued.
