Right Hands Referral Program

The Right Hands Referral Program (Invite & Earn) allows users with a Right Hands account (the 'Right Hands Account User') to earn Referral Credits towards future bookings by referring friends to join Right Hands. By participating in this program, users agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which are an integral part of the Right Hands Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions for the use of Right Hands’ websites and apps.

How to Earn Referral Credits

Users with a Right Hands account can earn credits towards future bookings when:

1. A Referred Friend of the Right Hands Account User is referred through a referral link and creates a valid Right Hands Account using the personalized referral code during registration.
2. The Referred Friend successfully completes an Online Booking from start to finish.

The standard Referral Credit amount that Right Hands Account Users receive, once these conditions are met, is 40 QR, SAR or AED

Online Booking

An Online Booking is defined as a booking made through the Right Hands website, the Right Hands app, or the Right Hands Account. Bookings made via phone or online chat do not qualify as Online Bookings.

Referred Friends

Referred friends are real individuals who register for a Right Hands Account using a valid referral link or code, and they will also receive a Referral Credit toward their next Online Booking. The standard Referral Credit amount for referred friends is also 40 QR, SAR or AED.

Redeeming Referral Credits

Referral Credits will automatically appear as a discount on the checkout page and can only be used for Online Bookings. Referral Credits can be used in conjunction with discounts from promotional codes, with the Referral Credits deducted after applying the promo code discount. Note that Referral Credits cannot be used to cover materials, parking fees, congestion charges, or any third-party costs. Referral Credits can be applied to up to 50% of the total service price (excluding materials, parking, congestion, and third-party costs).

Online Appointment Cancellations

If an Online Booking, which has been discounted by a Referral Credit, is rescheduled or canceled, the full Referral Credit amount will be restored to the user's Right Hands Account within 24 hours.

Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may use only one referral link or code. If a referred friend receives referral links or codes from multiple Right Hands Account Users, only the Right Hands Account User corresponding to the referral link or code used at the time of registration will receive a Referral Credit.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and only with personal connections and friends who are willing to receive unsolicited referral invitations. Referral links should not be distributed on coupon sites, forums, or any other public domains where most recipients are not personal connections or friends and may object to receiving unsolicited referral invitations.

Ownership

Users have no ownership or other property interest in Referral Credits, and they have no monetary value or the ability to be redeemed for cash. Right Hands reserves the right to remove or transfer Referral Credits, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice and without liability to the user.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

Right Hands reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a Right Hands Account User's participation at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and without liability.

Updates to the Terms

Right Hands reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Right Hands website, the Right Hands app, and the Right Hands Account. Users are responsible for regularly checking for updates to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of Right Hands services and participation in the Referral Program indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
