What is a Prepaid Deal?

A Prepaid Deal is a one-time credit purchase that gives you more value than what you pay. You receive bonus credit that can be used across all eligible Right Hands services within a limited validity period.

How long is my credit valid?

Validity depends on the deal you choose:

• Smart Deal: 30 days
• Power Deal: 45 days
• Ultimate Deal: 60 days

Validity starts from the time of purchase, not from your first booking.

Can I buy more than one Prepaid Deal?

Yes, you can buy multiple deals. Each purchase will be added to your wallet separately, with its own credit balance and expiry date.

What happens if I don’t use all my credit?

Any unused credit will automatically expire at the end of the validity period. Expired credit cannot be refunded, reissued, or extended.

Can I transfer my credit to someone else?

No, prepaid credit is linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another user or phone number.

Can I combine my prepaid credit with a promo code?

In most cases, no. You can use either a prepaid credit or a promo code at checkout, not both. If a specific campaign allows combining them, it will be mentioned clearly.

How do I check my balance?

Go to the Wallet section in the app. You will see:

• Total credit available
• Credit expiry dates
• Breakdown by service type (if applicable)

What services can I use my credit on?

Prepaid credit can be used on all eligible services in your country. These typically include home cleaning, babysitting, pest control, laundry, and more. Please check the app for service availability in your region.

Will I get notified before my credit expires?

Yes, you may receive push notifications or email reminders before your credit expires. You can also track expiry dates directly in the Wallet section of the app.

Can I get a refund if I didn’t use my credit?

No. Once a deal is purchased and credit is issued, it is not refundable — even if unused. Please purchase only when you’re ready to use it within the validity period.
