The Right Hands Platform Policies

At Right Hands, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring a reliable and professional experience. When you book a service, our Pro commits their time and availability to you. Last-minute changes can lead to lost work opportunities, so our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to protect both you and our service providers.
🗓️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

🔁 A cash-paid booking can be rescheduled up to two times only.
🔄 Additional Terms
- You may reschedule a booking a maximum of two (2) times within two (2) weeks.
- Cancellations involving cleaning materials will have the material cost fully refunded as saved credits.
- For recurring bookings, the above policy applies only to the upcoming appointment; other appointments remain scheduled.
- If a Pro cannot access the home upon arrival, or is turned away at the door, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

💰 Refund Policy
Refunds will be credited to your saved credits (wallet) by default. If you prefer to have the refund sent to the original payment method, you may request it.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
