Refund Eligibility Criteria
Before submitting a refund request, please note that the following types of credits are not eligible for a refund:
1. Free Credits: Any credits obtained through promotions, giveaways, or as part of referral rewards cannot be refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Amounts: Any credits that were explicitly provided as non-refundable, such as special bonuses or free amounts distributed by Right Hands, are not eligible for a refund.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund for the remaining credits in your wallet (excluding non-eligible credits), please follow these steps:

2. Include the Following Details:
- Your Full Name: [Your Name]
- Registered Email with Right Hands Account: [Your Registered Email]
- Booking ID(s) for the Cancellation(s): [Booking ID 1, Booking ID 2, ...]
- Total Amount Eligible for Refund: [Total Amount in Wallet]
3. Submit the Email: Once you have provided all the necessary details, send the email to our support team.
Refund Processing Time
Our support team will review your refund request and verify the eligibility of the credits for a refund. If your request meets the refund criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued through the original method of payment you used for your bookings.
