Refund to Wallet:
For refunds issued to your wallet, the amount will reflect immediately. You can use the credited balance for future transactions with us.
Refund to Original Payment Method:
In cases such as duplicate payments or accidental double bookings, if you choose to have the amount refunded to your original payment method, please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 4 working days to reflect on your credit card balance.
- Credit Card Statement: Depending on your credit card issuer, the refunded amount might not appear as a separate transaction but will instead increase your available credit balance.
- Notifications: Some banks do not send notifications or SMS alerts for credited refunds. We recommend manually checking your account balance to confirm the refund has been processed.
