How do I cancel my booking?

Need to cancel your booking with Right Hands? Don't worry, the process is straightforward. Just follow these easy steps:

On the Website:

1. Visit www.myrighth.com.
2. Go to the "Appointments" Under your name in the upper right corner.
3. Click the "Cancel" Button.
4. Select 'Cancel Booking'.
5. Select the "Cancellation Reason" from the menu.
6. Click 'Yes, I'd like to cancel my booking.

On the App:

1. Open the Right Hands mobile app.
2. Tap the bookings icon at the bottom left of your screen.
3. Select the Upcoming booking you want to cancel.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Cancel " button.
5. Select the "Cancellation Reason" from the dropdown menu.
6. Tap 'Yes, I'd like to cancel my booking.

After canceling your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming the cancellation of the service. If you need to reschedule instead, learn how to do it [here].
