Understanding Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, when a booking is rescheduled or canceled at short notice, it can affect our professionals’ ability to serve other clients and manage their schedules effectively.

To maintain a fair and consistent experience for all users, Right Hands has a clear cancellation and rescheduling policy that outlines when fees apply based on how close to the appointment time changes are made.

📌 Key Highlights

• Within 15 minutes of placing a booking:
  ➤ Cancel or reschedule free of charge.
• More than 6 hours before the appointment:
  ➤ Free cancellation and free rescheduling.
• 2–6 hours before the appointment:
  ➤ 50% cancellation fee, 25% rescheduling fee.
• Less than 2 hours before the appointment:
  ➤ 100% cancellation fee, 50% rescheduling fee.
• After the scheduled start time or if the Pro is unable to access the location:
  ➤ 100% cancellation fee, 50% rescheduling fee.

🔁 A cash-paid booking can be rescheduled up to two (2) times within a two (2) week period.
