To maintain a fair and consistent experience for all users, Right Hands has a clear cancellation and rescheduling policy that outlines when fees apply based on how close to the appointment time changes are made.
📌 Key Highlights

Within 15 minutes of placing a booking:
➤ Cancel or reschedule free of charge. -
More than 6 hours before the appointment:
➤ Free cancellation and free rescheduling. -
2–6 hours before the appointment:
➤ 50% cancellation fee, 25% rescheduling fee. -
Less than 2 hours before the appointment:
➤ 100% cancellation fee, 50% rescheduling fee. -
After the scheduled start time or if the Pro is unable to access the location:
➤ 100% cancellation fee, 50% rescheduling fee.
🔁 A cash-paid booking can be rescheduled up to two (2) times within a two (2) week period.
