How to Use Your Prepaid Credit

Once you purchase a Prepaid Deal, the credit is automatically added to your Right Hands account. You can use it to pay for any available service — with no additional steps or manual entry required.

Using your prepaid credit is fast, secure, and fully integrated into the checkout process.

Steps to Use Your Credit

1. Open the Right Hands app or website
2. Browse and select the service you need (e.g. cleaning, babysitting, pest control, etc.)
3. Proceed to checkout
4. If you have available prepaid credit:
   • It will automatically apply toward your total cost
   • If your credit covers the full amount, you won't be charged anything extra
   • If the credit is not enough, you can pay the remaining balance with your preferred method (e.g. card or wallet)

How Credit is Applied

• Your prepaid credit is used first before any other payment method
• If multiple services are booked, the system will automatically allocate credit accordingly
• Once credit is fully used or expired, normal payment rules apply

Good to Know

• Credit can be used across multiple bookings, as long as the balance is available
• There’s no need to enter any code — everything happens automatically
• Credit can be used only on eligible services listed in your country

Example:

Let’s say you purchased the Power Deal and received a credit of 500.

• You book a service worth 320 → 320 is auto-deducted from your credit
• You book again later for 180 → 180 is also deducted
• Your balance becomes 0 — and the credit cycle is complete
• Any new bookings after this will follow normal payment methods
