Once you purchase a Prepaid Deal, your credit is instantly added to your Right Hands Wallet. You can view your remaining balance, expiry dates, and credit breakdown by service — all directly within the app.
Where to Check Your Balance
- Open the Right Hands app
- Tap the “Wallet” icon (bottom-right of your screen)
- At the top of the Wallet page, you’ll see:
- Your total credit balance
- A link to View Transactions (for detailed history)
Detailed Credit Breakdown
Under “Available Credits,” you’ll find:
- Credit amount per service type (e.g. Home Cleaning, Multiple Services)
- Expiry countdown (e.g. “Expires in 3 days”)
- Multiple entries if you’ve received credit in separate transactions
🎯 This section shows how your credit is split, how long you have to use it, and which services each portion applies to.
When Your Balance Updates
Your Wallet updates automatically when:
- You make a booking using credit
- A booking is canceled and refunded
- New credit is added through a new Prepaid Deal
Expiry Reminders
- You’ll see expiry dates next to each credit entry
- Red for urgent (expiring soon), green for valid
- You may also receive reminders via push notifications if notifications are enabled
Troubleshooting Tips
- If no credit is showing, make sure you’re logged into the correct account
- Expired credits are automatically removed
