Package Terms & Conditions

When you purchase a Prepaid Deal through Right Hands, the following terms apply to how your credit is issued, used, and managed. These conditions ensure clarity and fairness for all users across different countries and services.

1. One-Time Purchase

• Prepaid Deals are non-subscription and do not renew automatically.
• Each purchase is processed as a one-time credit top-up.

2. Bonus Credit is Instant & Fixed

• The bonus percentage (e.g. 8%, 11%, 18%) is applied instantly to your wallet after purchase.
• The bonus amount is fixed at the time of purchase and varies by country, tier, and local currency.

3. Validity Period

• Credit is valid based on the selected deal tier:
  • Smart Deal – valid for 30 days
  • Power Deal – valid for 45 days
  • Ultimate Deal – valid for 60 days
• The validity starts from the moment of purchase, not from the first use.

4. Expiry and Forfeiture

• Any unused credit expires automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Expired credit cannot be refunded, extended, or reactivated under any circumstances.

5. Usage Policy

• Credit is automatically applied at checkout when you book eligible services.
• If the total cost exceeds your credit, you’ll be prompted to pay the remaining amount via another method (e.g. card, wallet, or cash if available).
• Credit can be split across multiple bookings until fully used or expired.

6. Credit Restrictions

• Prepaid credit cannot be:
  • Transferred to another account
  • Withdrawn or converted to cash
  • Used to purchase gift cards or partner services (where marked)
  • Combined with discount or promo codes unless explicitly stated

7. Country-Specific Use

• Credit is only valid within the country of purchase (e.g. UAE credit cannot be used in Qatar or Lebanon).
• Package pricing and bonus amounts may vary by country depending on local rates and currencies.

8. Fraud or Abuse

Right Hands reserves the right to suspend or revoke credits if abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected.
