Refunds
Prepaid Deals are non-refundable once purchased. This includes both the original amount paid and the bonus credit issued.
Once credit is added to your account, it becomes usable immediately. For this reason, we cannot process refund requests for unused or partially used credit.
If your purchase was made in error, please contact support within 24 hours. Refunds in such cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
If you cancel a booking that was paid using prepaid credit and the cancellation falls within the allowed cancellation window, the credit used for that booking will be returned to your account.
Returned credit will retain the original expiry date of the prepaid deal it came from. We do not reset or extend validity due to cancellations.
If the cancellation is outside the allowed time frame, standard cancellation penalties may apply, and the credit may be partially or fully deducted.
Promo Codes and Discounts
Prepaid Deals cannot be combined with promotional codes or discount vouchers unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
During checkout, the system will automatically prioritize applying prepaid credit first. If you also have a promo code, you will not be able to apply both at the same time unless a specific campaign allows it.
If a promo code is applied before buying a Prepaid Deal, it will only affect standard bookings, not the credit deal itself.

- All credits are final and non-transferable.
- No refunds or reactivations are provided for expired credits.
- Country-specific policies may apply based on your region.
- Please refer to your in-app Terms before confirming any payment.
