What Happens When Your Prepaid Credit Expires?
Every Prepaid Deal purchased through Right Hands comes with a fixed validity period (30, 45, or 60 days, depending on the tier). Once this period ends, any unused credit is automatically removed from your account.
Here’s everything you need to know about credit expiry and how to avoid losing unused value.
1. Expiry Periods by Tier
- Smart Deal → Valid for 30 days
- Power Deal → Valid for 45 days
- Ultimate Deal → Valid for 60 days
The countdown starts from the moment you complete your purchase, not from your first booking.
2. Where You’ll See Expiry Info
You can always track the remaining days:
- In the Wallet section of your app
- Next to each credit entry, under “Expires in X days”
- Red labels indicate urgent expiry
- Green labels show valid credit
3. What Happens After Expiry?
- All remaining unused credit is automatically removed
- The expired credit will no longer appear in your balance
- You will not receive a refund or transfer for expired amounts
4. Do You Get Notified?
Yes — you may receive:
- Push notifications before expiry
- In-app labels showing expiration countdown
- Emails (if notification settings are enabled)
💡 To make sure you don’t miss out, always keep notifications enabled and check your Wallet regularly.
5. Can Expired Credit Be Extended or Reissued?
Unfortunately, no:
- We do not extend, pause, or reactivate expired credit
- There is no refund or compensation once the validity period ends
- This policy applies to all users and deal tiers to ensure fairness
How to Avoid Losing Credit
- Set a reminder to use your credit before expiry
- Track your balance under the Wallet tab
- Book services in advance — even recurring bookings can help you utilize your credit efficiently
- Monitor your service needs and recharge only when you’re ready to use the credit
